Lark Enterprises, Inc. provides services in the home and community to assist individuals in acquiring, maintaining, and improving self-help, domestic, socialization, and adaptive skills. These skills must be need in order for the individual to live in the community, to live more independently, or to be more productive and participate in community life.
Self-determination is the belief that one should have choice and control over all aspects of one's life. Lark is excited to be part of ensuring that individuals needing services and supports have opportunities for choice and decision-making. This empowerment is demonstrated via a process where the individual who is seeking services interviews and hires the Support Service Worker. Lark Enterprises, Inc. will worry about the employer-related issues, such as issuing paychecks, paying taxes, etc.
