Lark Enterprises, Inc. provides people with disabilities the opportunity for employment in highly desirable positions in apparel manufacturing, while exceeding our customers’ expectations.  We accomplish this through technology and innovation. Our design team utilizes state-of-the-art technology to create to your specification.

Lark uses Gerber Technology’s innovative AccuMark® software, the gold standard for intelligent pattern design, grading, marker making and production planning software.  The use of AccuMark® allows us to increase productivity and accelerate time to market. Our AccuMark® software allows us to build the pattern, size to specification and send to our automated Gerber cutter to ensure quality throughout the process.

Our commitment to automated and semi-automated technology extends to our selection of the right garment assembly system for our manufacturing process.  The most common sewing quality problems like seam puckering, layer displacements or problems with product fit are a direct result of built-in weaknesses and process engineering of the traditional sewing machine and currently applied sewing technology.  Lark’s use of automated and semi-automated sewing machines ensures a quality product each and every time. Our aim is to employ technologies for efficient manufacturing solutions that allow for improved quality, cost reduction and fast response for our consumer market.

Our commitment to quality through automation and cutting-edge technology allows us to set up for your small or limited run productions, design changes or your long-term production runs.

We can meet your custom product requirements, including:

  • Prototyping and development

  • Product design and adjusting

  • Complex garment construction

  • Special measurement sizing

  • Pattern development and digitization

  • Automated cutting systems

  • Small and limited run production cycles
