Deb Leddon

Deb Leddon began her career with Lark in 1977 working as the receptionist. Deb has steadily worked her way to her current position of Director of Administrative Services, holding multiple positions in the company with ever-expanding responsibilities. During her time at Lark, Deb returned to school, earning her degree in business administration. Her responsibilities include human resources, information technology, office management and clerical support, staff training and state licensing. Deb ensures that the administrative staff is providing the directors with the support they need to meet their job responsibilities.

Moreover, Deb is responsible for Lark’s on-boarding and continuing training program. Deb assures that all employees are prepared to perform to the highest standards and are supported to reach success. Her dedication to quality is seen each year during our licensing and credentialing review by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. This process is completed with the highest degree of professionalism, which is positively commented on each year by the evaluators. Her constant focus on details assures a quality product for each individual that we support.
